The more I immerse myself in the practice of Yoga, the less inclined I am to speak about myself. Yet, as I navigate this world and engage with others, it becomes crucial for me to share the wisdom I have gained. 

Allow me to reveal the heartfelt reasons behind my chosen path and the significance it holds in my life.

 Who I was before chose Yoga? 

In the depths of despair, I found myself grappling with a broken heart, unemployment, and a crushing sense of purposelessness. The weight of depression bore down on me, leaving me lost and devoid of direction. Each day seemed like an insurmountable challenge, as I struggled to discern the path ahead and discover meaning in my life. 

Yet, it is within these darkest moments that transformation often takes root. Amidst the shadows of my despair, a flicker of hope emerged—an ember of resilience deep within my soul. It was in this vulnerable state that I embarked on a quest to rediscover myself, to seek solace and healing from the depths of my pain. As I delved deeper into the yogic practice, I began to realize that my own healing journey was not meant to be kept hidden within the confines of my own experience. Instead, it beckoned me to step forward and share the wisdom and healing I had gained with others who were also yearning for a way out of their own darkness. 

Who I am after living yogic life? 

As passionate yoga teacher and devoted healer, my journey is one deeply intertwined with the transformative power of the human spirit. With every breath, every pose, and every healing session, I strive to create a sacred space where individuals can connect with their inner selves and embrace profound emotional healing. 

Through my own experiences, I have witnessed the profound impact that yoga and healing practices can have on our emotional well-being. It is my heartfelt belief that our bodies and minds are intricately connected, and by nurturing the body, we can also mend the soul. With a gentle touch and a compassionate heart, I guide my students and clients on a path of self-discovery, self-love, and profound emotional liberation. 

As a yogic life coach, I create space for deep emotional healing and transformation. Drawing from various healing modalities, I intuitively tailor my sessions to address the individual needs of each client. Whether it is through asanas, breath healing, or intuitive guidance, I strive to facilitate a profound release of emotional blockages and a restoration of energetic balance. My intention is to create a safe and loving container where individuals can explore their emotions, heal their wounds, and rediscover their authentic selves.
